I googled "IQRF Alliance", and the only hit was on this page: http://www.iqrf.org/weben/index.php?sek ... hts&id=dpa - which seems to be just the same text as you posted.

I did find IQRF Smart House Alliance - http://www.iqrfsmarthouse.org/weben - is that what you mean :?:

The IQRF Smart House Alliance - soon to change to the IQRF Alliance (Global presence), is a site where information and advise can be shared with members to help speed up development and product placement.

The Alliance’s key goal is to help its members to be more successful in their speciality without investing resources into development of a reliable RF solution.
